Some of us are working from home and others are working (under HSE guidelines) in our offices. Our offices remain open and we are at full capacity.
Everyone here in AIS is conscious that we are supplying critical industries such as Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Food/Beverage manufacturing. We understand that our customers will continue to require our products and support, from labels/ribbons/inks, spare parts, servicing and support, right up to full systems/solutions. Our team is ready do what we can to keep the factories producing their critical products.
Our excellent Engineering team are available to travel to you on-site at your business or to support you remotely (via phone/video conference), whether this is support for existing equipment, or for new applications that require our expertise. All health and safety guidelines will be strictly adhered to during site visits.
At this moment our supply chain is mostly unaffected, with the exception of some small delays and we will keep in touch with you as news develops on our company website and LinkedIn page. However we would advise that you order as early as you can to allow for unforeseen issues and delays in order to prevent any costly downtime.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and partnership over the past 22 years. Due to your ongoing business we have been able to build an incredibly talented team here in AIS Ltd and we are exceptionally well prepared, and resourced, to work through these difficult times.
