Service Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Service Technician to cover Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a world class engineering team!

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In-house repairs.
  • Maintain clean workshop environment.
  • Support of Project Engineers.
  • Completing Preventive Maintenance services on equipment at customers sites.

Requirements:

  • NCEA Certificate in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering an advantage but not required. AIS will facilitate further education in this area for a suitable candidate.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • In-house training provided.
  • The role will require frequent travel to customer sites around the country. Occasional international travel.
  • Full driver's licence required.

Project Engineer

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Installation set-up and testing of equipment.
  • Equipment installation, commissioning and servicing.
  • Customer technical support.
  • Customer visits with Sales Engineers.
  • Working as part of a service team on Preventive Maintenance visits to larger customer sites.

Requirements:

  • NCEA Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering. Experience an advantage.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In house training provided.
  • Knowledge of Label Printing / Application / Scanning / Vision System an advantage.

Senior Project Engineer

  • Knowledge of Label Printing / Application / Scanning / Vision System an advantage.
  • The role will require frequent travel to customer sites around the country. Occasional international travel.
  • Full driver's licence required.
