Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
At AIS we have been working hard to implement some CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives to include:
• Sustainability Forum – This group of team members regularly meet to discuss ideas on how we as a business, and on a personal level, can be more environmentally friendly. We have introduced initiatives to reduce plastic consumption in the office and encourage recycling and composting.
• Culture Clubs – In order to facilitate the wide group of interests among our team members and provide an opportunity to try new things we introduced the AIS Food Club, Travel Club, Movie Club and Book Club.
• Health, Wellness & Wellbeing – We regularly run challenges e.g. step challenge/distance challenge to encourage team members to keep active. CRM & Business Development Executive
AIS Ltd are looking for a hard-working and capable CRM and Business Development Executive for a permanent role in their Dublin office.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keeping CRM database up to date (leads and opportunities, company and contact information).
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing department to generate leads and develop target lists.
- Assisting with the organisation of the sales team to include:
- Setting up customer visits.
- Weekly/monthly reports.
- New customer prospecting.
- Gathering customer feedback.
- Specific new business development activities.
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
- Proficient IT Skills, Microsoft Office in particular.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- An administrative background (2+ years).
- Must be detail oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM an advantage, but not a requirement.
- You will be required to work within ISO 9001:2015 framework. (Training will be provided).
