Why does AIS Ltd collect and use personal information?
We collect this as part of your interaction with us whether it is to compile a quotation for a product you are interested in, keep in touch with you about new products and services that we believe are of interest to you and to keep you updated on any new product upgrades etc.
We collect only the minimum amount of information required to conduct our business in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
What changes will I see when I contact AIS Ltd?
GDPR will give you greater control over your personal information and you will notice some small changes on our website forms and LiveChat forms where we clearly seek your consent as required during your dealings with us. Rights for individuals under GDPR include:
- The right to request the personal information that we hold on you
- The right to have inaccuracies in that information corrected
- The right to have information on you deleted
- The right to object
Does AIS Ltd share my personal information?
We do not share your personal information with any third parties without your prior knowledge. For example, we may need to share certain information with our suppliers during a project in order to ensure your project runs smoothly.

We only hold personal information for as long as you are doing business with us.
