If you have additional requirements outside of the core functionality, then our products can be easily tailored to suit. Our products are designed to integrate with a wide range of barcode readers, label printers and mobile computers to ensure you get the most from your software.
We also offer a range of additional services including on-site installation, after-sales support, validation documentation as required, training on client site or we can provide full training at our facility.
Asset Management (AIS Asset-Assist)
Keep track of key information about your assets with our easy-to-use asset tracking package.Record and monitor location, movements, associated costs and depreciation. Generate unique barcode labels for each asset at the click of a button. Associate a barcode with an asset by scanning the barcode. Retrieve asset information by scanning the barcode again. Quickly identify missing assets in each location by scanning present barcodes. Inventory Control (AIS-Invent) Maintain close control of your stock with our inventory control and warehouse management system. Create and print bar codes that match your part numbers or use the existing manufacturer codes found on many items. Portable terminals with integrated barcode readers allow the user to receive and dispatch goods on the move and in real time. Use location barcodes to simplify your put-away and order-picking processes. File and Document Tracking (AIS File-Assist) Our document and file tracking system gives you control of your critical documents. Generate unique barcode labels for each document at the click of a button. Location and department barcodes, as well as barcoded employee badges, allow you to record and monitor the ownership, movement and location of your files. Individual documents and box-level movements are easily catered for. Field Force Automation (AIS Field-Assist) – Smart Phone 'App' Empower your mobile staff with our field force automation 'app' for Smart Phone and PDA. Sales staff and field service engineers can record vital information on the move and synchronize online or when they return to base. The system allows sales staff to view product or customer details and receive and record orders. Field service staff can record maintenance schedules and spare parts used. Electronic signature capture provides proof of delivery on site. Traceability Solutions AIS have developed software systems from a number of customers within different industries that provide product traceability solutions. Traceability solutions are of particular interest to food and drink producers as well as manufacturers within the life sciences industry, as they can provide an effective means of improving compliance with legislation in these areas. Our systems allow you to record incoming raw materials by scanning the supplier barcode label or by easily printing your own barcodes on demand. The system also allows you to record information about any processes that you employ during the production lifecycle including the addition of raw materials, preparation and packaging. Simple tools that allow you to record Batch/Lot Number, Expiry Date, Weight, Quantity and other key information are all at hand. 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant Solutions Custom Software Solutions AIS have a dedicated team of highly trained software engineers with many years experience of industrial and Auto ID applications. Our engineers have developed numerous custom applications that integrate to existing software systems, including almost all major ERP systems (SAP, MFG Pro, JD Edwards) as well as other industrial control systems. Our solutions typically cover all aspects of the project, from design and specification, through installation and commissioning, and on into validation and support. AIS are equally at home providing a total solution or integrating with existing systems and we have numerous reference sites in a wide and varied array of applications.
The guidelines outline requirements for security controls, systems validation, documentation and audit trails for any electronic systems that are used to handle data which is legally required by FDA regulations. The requirements apply mainly to operators within the Life Science Industries including medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical producers and biotechnology companies.
