Pallet Labelling
The
ALcode-P labeller is a specially designed machine used for single or
multi-sided labelling of pallets. The unit consists of an ALcode
labelling head and tri-axial pad applicator integrated into a full
enclosure.
The typical configuration is for application of A5 sized SSCC labels onto two adjacent faces of a pallet, although three sided application can also be catered for.
Various OEM thermal print engines including Zebra and Sato can be
specified to integrate with unit to allow printing of all standard
barcodes including EAN-128.

ALcode P The ALcode P represents the latest evolution by ALtech of pallet labelling machines. The system is able to print and apply A5 format SSCC labels onto two adjacent faces of a pallet (normally front and side) in accordance with the EAN 128 standard (also on three sides if required), providing high reliability, print and apply labelling of up to 120 pallets/hr. |
