AIS are sole European distributors for the incredible LVS® 7500 Label Inspection System. The ultra-compact unit is the latest in vision technology offered by Label Vision Systems. This tiny, high resolution camera system mounts to the face of any thermal printer and allows the user to accurately ISO grade any 1D & 2D barcode, perform Optical Character Verification on variable text data and pattern match for blemish or print defects.
LVS® (Label Vision Systems) are based in Atlanta, Georgia and have been producing high end, web verification systems for many years, the experience gained from this has led to the development of the LVS® 7500. The LVS® 7500 is the very best in print quality technology - Big camera power in a little box; designed specifically for thermal and thermal transfer printers.
AIS also offer a number of other label inspection options that can be implemented to ensure that
a label is both present and positioned correctly. These systems can be configured to automatically reject any product that fails to satisfy the verification thresholds or in the event of a missing, damaged or incorrectly positioned label.

LVS® 9500 Barcode
Verification System The INTEGRA 9505 is designed to ISO grade most 1D & 2D barcodes on various label sizes and finished products with flat or rounded sides. The INTEGRA 9505 boasts a massive 6” x 4” Field of View on the optional High Density unit. The INTEGRA 9505 verifier is connected to a customer supplied PC via a USB cable and is designed to fully comply with the ISO/IEC Standards. Place a barcode on the viewing stage and software does the rest. A NIST Traceable Calibrated Conformance test card is used for calibration. |
