Box & Pouch Labellers

ALTech ALstep
The ALstep is a compact-sized and low-cost applicator for self adhesive labels, designed to be easily integrated into already existing packaging lines. The ALstep is based on a well tested and reliable mechanical structure, and its modular configuration allows this applicator to be easily integrated even into restricted areas without reducing the line performances, thanks also to the side access of the paper path that allows a fast and easy label change over.

ALtech ALritma
The ALritma consists of a range of high-performance applicators for self-adhesive labels, designed to be installed on packaging lines where production speed, accuracy and reliability are primary needs. The ALritma labelling units are based on an innovative mechanical structure which can match great sturdiness with versatility.

  ALtech ALritma T
The ALritma T print and apply labeller is an extended version of the standard high performance unit that also provides for the integration of a thermal label printer to allow for run time printing of barcode or text data such as expiry date and batch number information.

ALtech ALcode
The Alcode series of applicators come with a fully modular design with the electronics, pneumatics and print engines, swappable in minutes. With the Zebra PAX print engines, the ALcode can be PC-controlled, connected to a network or operate standalone with scales, PLCs, etc. A choice of pnuematic applicators provides a solution for every requirement.

ALtech Alcode LT
ALcode LT is a real time print and apply system for labels, developed specifically for applications that require compactness and low cost. The unit features some scaled-down components of the standard ALcode range. There are a range of application methods available including air jet for high speed irregular shaped products, swinging roller and piston for still products.

ALtech ALcode LL
The ALcode LL is a new print and apply system in the ALcode range, developed under licence of Irplast, a leading manufacturer of linerless adhesive material. The feature of this innovative technology is the use of adhesive material without silicon backing paper, offering great cost and time saving advantages compared to the widespread use of self-adhesive labels.
