Barcode Verification 

AIS are now offering a service where we can test the print quality of your linear and 2D barcodes using GS-1 certified equipment. You can simply send us your sample and we will perform analysis of the print quality to international ISO and ANSI standards. We will return your samples along with a complete report of the test results, and can offer expert advice in the event that the samples are below standard.



Why Verify Your Codes?

With barcoded product often making its way through mutiple scanning points along the supply chain, it is not uncommon for disputes to arise between suppliers and customers over the quality of printed barcodes. Many companies will impose fines to suppliers who supply them with product that is labelled with poorly printed or unreadable barcodes.

Special equipment is available which can analyse the print quality of printed barcodes by measuring a number of parameters relating to the print quality of the barcode. Barcode verification equipment can be quite expensive and can be difficult to justify for many companies. With this in mind, our verification service may be the perfect solution. LVS® 9500 Barcode Verification System
The INTEGRA 9505 is designed to ISO grade most 1D & 2D barcodes on various label sizes and finished products with flat or rounded sides. The INTEGRA 9505 boasts a massive 6” x 4” Field of View on the optional High Density unit.
The INTEGRA 9505 verifier is connected to a customer supplied PC via a USB cable and is designed to fully comply with the ISO/IEC Standards.
