Box & Pouch Labelling

The ALstep, ALritma and ALcode labelling heads offer a wide range of configurations to accommodate any box or pouch labelling requirement.

The modular approach to the design means that the perfect match of labelling head and choice of application method (eg, tamp, blow, roller) can be combined with the right mounting option to solve even the most difficult of labelling problems.

Cylindrical & Elliptical Labelling

The ALline family of in-line labelling systems can be configured to apply labels to cylindrical, elliptical or rectangular products.

Built in accordance with CE regulations the ALline range offers a number of device options such as micrometric adjustment for head inclination and hot foil coders for date and batch number stamping.

Pallet Labelling

The ALcode-P labeller is a specially designed machine used for single or multi-sided labelling of pallets. The unit consists of an ALcode labelling head and tri-axial pad applicator integrated into a full enclosure.

The typical configuration is for application of A5 sized SSCC labels onto two adjacent faces of a pallet, although three sided application can also be catered for.

Various OEM thermal print engines including Zebra and Sato can be specified to integrate with unit to allow printing of all standard barcodes including EAN-128.
